The Grow and Share Community Garden is a mission of the Nor’Kirk Presbyterian and an opportunity for the church and members of the local community to work together to benefit the area. A minimum of 25% of the fresh fruits and vegetables grown are donated to the Sack Summer Hunger Program and the North Texas Food Bank. The garden is also an opportunity for people to learn about gardening and get involved in public service.
The garden currently has 20 plots, each 4’x10′ raised beds for organic gardening.
This is the first year of the Grow and Share Community Garden. We hope you’ll join us as we Grow and Share!
Nice meeting today. Always fun to learn.new things. The sheets handed out for planting are color coded. Guessing green means plant? What is the reason for the brown lines? Thanks .

Can I come help in the garden? I live close by but don’t have any garden space.
Hi Michael, absolutely! Our next garden workday is Saturday, April 16, from 9-11 a.m. See you there!
I cannot get Tomalitos to germinate. Do you have any ideas?
Do you have any available plots?
Yes, we have one plot left. Please join us for our next workday, Saturday, March 11, if you would like it.
Do you have any plot left, I really want one.
All our plots are full right now, but you are welcome to come to our next workday (Sept. 16) to volunteer in community plots and get on the waiting list.
